These terms apply when you use kinetixshipping.com, run by Kinetix Shipping (“Kinetix”, “we”). By using the site, sending a form or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. What Kinetix is
Kinetix is a shipping platform, not a carrier. We publish tools and guides, pass freight quote requests to independent freight forwarders, refer you to package forwarders and other services, and plan to sell shipping labels for independent carriers. See the Shipping Disclaimer.
2. Freight quotes and partners
When you ask for a freight quote, you agree that we may share your request with freight forwarders so they can quote. Any contract for freight is between you and the forwarder you choose; Kinetix is not a party to it. Links to forwarders and other businesses take you to independent companies with their own terms. Some links earn us a commission; see the Affiliate Disclosure.
3. Accounts and memberships
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Paid plans, when offered, renew automatically until cancelled, and the price and billing terms are shown before you pay.
4. Tools and guides
The tools and guides give general information and estimates, not legal, tax or customs advice. Customs authorities decide the charges on each shipment.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, no attempts to break its security, no false information in forms, and no requests to ship illegal items.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
