Which carrier is it?
- Numbers starting 1Z followed by 16 characters are UPS.
- Two letters, nine digits and two letters (for example RR123456789US) are international post; the last two letters are the sending country.
- USPS domestic numbers are usually 20 to 22 digits, often starting with 92, 93, 94 or 95.
- DHL Express numbers are usually 10 digits.
Why does my tracking number show nothing?
Carriers usually show a number only after the parcel is first scanned. A label that has been printed but not handed over can show nothing, or only “label created”, for up to a day. If nothing appears after two business days, contact the sender.
