Kinetix Shipping is not a carrier. We do not own or operate vehicles, aircraft, warehouses or sorting facilities, and we do not collect, carry, store or deliver parcels or freight. We help you find and compare independent carriers, package forwarders and freight forwarders.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates come from carriers and forwarders and are not promises. Weather, customs inspection, holidays, address problems and capacity can all delay a shipment.

Loss and damage

Each carrier’s or forwarder’s own terms set its liability for loss, damage and delay, including any limits on compensation, and claims are decided by them. We can help you find the right claims process, but cannot decide or pay a claim.

Customs

Customs authorities decide whether goods may enter a country and what duty and tax is due. They may inspect, delay, return or destroy a shipment. You are responsible for the accuracy of your customs declarations.
