Pricing questions
Why is there a fee on labels?
When label buying opens, each label will cost the carrier’s rate plus a small Kinetix fee, shown as separate lines before you pay. Pro members pay a lower fee.
Are duties and taxes included?
No. Import duty and tax are charged by the destination country and are usually paid by the recipient. Estimate them with the duty thresholds.
