Who we are. Kinetix Shipping (“Kinetix”, “we”) runs kinetixshipping.com. Contact us about privacy at contact@kinetixshipping.com.

What we collect and why

• Freight quote requests: your name, company, email, phone, route and cargo details, so freight forwarders can quote you. You agree to this sharing when you send the form.
• Contact messages: your name, email, topic and message, so we can reply.
• Newsletter: your email address, only after you confirm the subscription by email. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Accounts and memberships: if you create an account, your name, email and a hashed password, so you can sign in.
• Security data: your IP address and browser details are processed by our security plugin (Wordfence) to block attacks, and our host keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Freight forwarders: freight quote requests, only when you send one.
• Our host (Hostinger) and our email provider, which store the site and send our emails.
• Wordfence (Defiant, Inc.): security data used to protect the site.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are outside your country, so your information may be processed abroad.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and quote requests only as long as we need them to handle your request and follow up, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Cookies

The public pages of this site do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies are set when you sign in to an account, to keep you signed in. If we add analytics or advertising, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@kinetixshipping.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will update this page and the date above if our practices change.
